In my capacity as an active clinical pharmacist across two hospitals, my work encompasses clinical research into the impact of medications on the post-acute rehabilitation process of geriatric patients, specifically focusing on psychotropic drugs like anticholinergic agents. Additionally, I am engaged in research on direct oral anticoagulants within specific patient populations. Beyond this, my research delves into clinical pharmacy, exploring the role of the pharmacist in enhancing the quality of pharmacotherapy and the resultant outcomes, aiming to elevate the recognition of the clinical pharmacist's crucial role within the healthcare system.
